Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any eligible item. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

- The return is requested within 30 days of delivery
- The item is unworn and unwashed
- The item is in its original condition with all tags attached
- The item is free from damage, stains, or odors
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Gift cards
- Any item returned after the 30-day return window
Refund Method
All approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we receive and inspect your returned item.
How to Start a Return

- Print your return label — We will email you a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
- Pack your item — Place the item securely in its original packaging if possible.
- Drop off your package — Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt.
- Receive your refund — Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size or color, you may request an exchange through our Returns portal. Select “Exchange” instead of “Refund” when submitting your request. Replacement items are typically shipped within 3–5 business days after we process your return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
